Mission Statement: To bring NESCAFE to people around the globe, providing a "1 NOW 1 NESCAFE" to satisfy every aspect of needs.
(Nescafe provides good taste, aromatic smells of coffee to people, providing "1 nescafe with 1 unique moment "so that everyone can enjoy. Wherever you are, you will be able to find Nescafe around, whether in shopping complexes, supermarkets/hypermarkets or even grocery stalls.)
Goals/Achievements: Giving people the unique moments(comfort,relaxations) through NESCAFE drinks.
(Stress, pressures, working overtime has led the people to have at least a cup of Nescafe coffee to relax themselves, having chit-chat with friends/colleagues as well, to prevent from emotional influences.)
From the goals/achievements that i've propose, i plan to re-construct the website by giving people a better view of the contents/products, hence giving them the relaxation by enjoying some flash elements. Contents were arranged properly to suit what audiences are looking for.
Unique Selling Point(USP): 1 NOW 1 NESCAFE
(Nescafe is providing various of flavours, products and choices of coffee to their consumers, provide them what they need, hence gaining profits and fulfilling the customer's satisfactions.)
Target Audiences:
1. Working Adults (Primary)
2. Students-University, Academy, High School (Secondary)
3. Senior Citizens (Third party)
*Studies based on Malaysia's Statistics, testimonials.

Your research was good and u did a comparison for that entire product. In my opinion, you can check it out what element to use in websites. It might have more element that u can think of to bland in to your site. Other then providing a "1 NOW 1 NESCAFE", what can u provide thought NESCAFE? You can think bout it. Ha-ha. Not much comment … good research :)

here's my comments regarding your mission statement =)
as i've said earlier on, back then in college, you should actually consider adding in a little flash element into your site. let's say the introduction of your site maybe? it will be a good thing to do you noe... as first impression makes a big difference towards your site dont you agree? ;)
oh! and some tips on visual aids.. maybe you should focus more on the coffee beans? as the beans plays a pivotal role in bringing out the goodness of the taste of Nestcafe dont you think so? ;) you could also use the beans as you buttons for your navigation? or even better, the cursor itself hahahah XDXD *action script man*i dunno, it's up to you anyway ;) just some suggestions =)
You've definitely done a great job in your mission statement and i must say, boy oh boy, you really did done a great job in comparing your 'rivals' huh? ;)
Overall, good job =D.. at least your concept is far way better than the current web design of your client =D...all the best ayte? =)
